We’re proud to serve our American customers. However, due to recent changes in U.S. tariff regulations, we are temporarily pausing online orders to U.S. addresses while we review the new rules.

We made this decision because we don’t want our customers to face unexpected customs fees or delivery surprises. Your experience matters to us, and we’d rather pause than risk frustration.

That said, if there’s something you would really like during this pause, please reach out to us directly at info@papilleurbaine.com / 1-855-208-6363. We’re happy to make special arrangements whenever possible until regular U.S. shipping resumes.

Details

Resulting from the creativity and know-how of cabinetmakers, the handle of the Atelier collection combines walnut and ebony. This novelty is part of Opinel's approach to make maximum use of European species and to optimize wood consumption by reinterpreting offcuts from the manufacture of handles.

The Tradition N°08 Atelier knives have a walnut handle from French forests with an African ebony butt, these two species are separated by a maple leaf. Each sleeve is buffed by hand. The blades are made of modi?ed stainless steel, ground-polished ?nish.
