Details

Each of the three olives represents one of the best regions in Spain where the best table olives are produced: Catalonia (Arbequina), Aragon (Farga Aragó), and Andalusia (Manzanilla). The best olives are carefully selected from the tree, placed for a minimum period of three months in water and salt. Finally, they are rinsed with plenty of water and packaged by adding water, salt and different wild aromatic spices.


It may happen that when opening the jar an effervescent effect occurs. This reaction is normal since no preservatives or stabilizers are used.
