We’re proud to serve our American customers. However, due to recent changes in U.S. tariff regulations, we are temporarily pausing online orders to U.S. addresses while we review the new rules.

We made this decision because we don’t want our customers to face unexpected customs fees or delivery surprises. Your experience matters to us, and we’d rather pause than risk frustration.

That said, if there’s something you would really like during this pause, please reach out to us directly at info@papilleurbaine.com / 1-855-208-6363. We’re happy to make special arrangements whenever possible until regular U.S. shipping resumes.

Details

This Fleur de sel comes from a saline on the island of Noirmoutier in France.
With its snow-white color, these are the most aesthetic crystals in the range. Thanks to its small regular grain, this fleur de sel allows great finesse in the mouth.

Presented in its black case, this creation is inspired by the history of the name of the island of Noirmoutier.

Its taste and characteristics:

  • With its snow-white color, these are the most aesthetic crystals in the range.
  • This is our favorite of this collection, if we could say that a fleur de sel is Chic it would be this one.
  • This fleur de sel is often found on the tables of great Chefs and in Chefs' salted butters.
  • This fleur de sel is characterized by its very subtly iodized fine grain.
