Galup Pears and Chocolate Panettone, an even more delicious variant, with extra dark chocolate drops and candied pears in the dough. Covered with handmade PGI Piedmont hazelnut icing.

Produced with sourdough and 3 dough phases; the final product is obtained thanks to 3 days of processing and 48 hours of natural leavening for a softer, lighter and more digestible dough.

Galup was founded in 1922 in Pinerolo, Piedmont, and since its foundation the company has grown, acquired a national and international commercial dimension, and become a symbol of Italian excellence. Before Galup, panettone was only panettone without icing. The Galup company in Pinerolo had the intuition to lighten the dough, make the shape wider and add an icing with a very original recipe. It was the uniqueness of this recipe that transformed the old Galup confectionery bakery into a famous brand, so much so that the original recipe in 1937 allowed the famous Galup company in Pinerolo to become a supplier to the Royal Household. Tradition, a passion for deliciousness, love for quality. These are the values that inspire the work of the Galup team.
